Value for money - not bad at this price
8 rubber plates, 1 zigzag rod, skipping rope - Good quality. Dumbel is made of pipe and is not a actual rod. Bag is just use and throw quality. Overall, not a wastage of money. The zigzag rod supports only two plates on each side. Should have some more space to support 3 plates atleast.

Only for beginners.You cannot lift more than 12 kg max as no more than 2 plates can be fitted in rod.You can purchase for home workout, built quality is ok not great.4x2kg4x3kg2x2.5kg1 zigzag rod1 skipping rope4 nuts that's all.

Quality is Good
Dumbbells and plates are too good... But curl bar support only two plates at one side... overall product quality is good as compared to price..this is very useful for beginners..

Took almost 2 weeks to delivery, very slow delivery, almost cancelled, But delivered, Its good for beginners, giving 3 stars because some minor dents on plates, and they should have provided a straight bar.

Bought it at rs 949 and its only worth that no more , not even 1 rupee
the plates are not solid pvc , the curl bar is little thin,and bag is just ok, got each and every item as promised in the deal, got just one rusty apot on the curl rod , but the overall 949 rupee cost is reasonable
