These are the best gluten free noodles I have found!

This review REQUIRED me to enter a star, but to my mind, NO STARS...Never did use it. LOOK AT THE PICTURE. The broad noodles in the pile? Well, now look carefully at the bag. Right, NOT the same noodles. Yes, I just saw the pile. And was really happy. Gluten free WIDE NOODLES. My eyes must have glazed over. BECAUSE if you get past doing a gluten free search happy dance and look carefully, the bag behind the pile tells the truth. You actually get noodles that are a bit wider than linguini. And are only abut an inch and a half long. AND, SECOND PROBLEM...when it arrives, even those are largely smashed into small pieces. These are wrapped as a three bag set, then put into a bubble lined bag, NOT A PADDED BOX. So, whether they have been tossed and dropped and sent across like a football pass or used as a punching bag...or all of the above...these brittle noodles have been in large part shattered. So, if you cook the contents you will get a lot of mush, or after an effort to salvage before cooking ( no, far too much visibly broken for me to even bother) at best would be left with a much lesser amount of "whole" noodles. Will NOT buy again. On the other hand, kudos to Amazon. Because food items are not returnable, as I explained these TWO issues, they gave me a no questions asked refund. I have to go now, and throw these bags away. Pity to waste food. But with the sharp edges and corners on the little pieces I am even averse to spreading them out for birds or squirrels.

I have a hard time finding egg noodles that are gluten free. I use them for making cassaroles (hotdishes)..

They are much better than most gluten free noodles

These are not worth giving one star. This expensive package arrived with all 3 bags completely smashed to tiny pieces of noodles. Apparently they cannot be returned for a refund. I guess I must suffer the consequences of the person who packaged and shipped this item so I am out $25.00+ dollars for a product I cannot use for any type of meal. A very expensive unusable product. Do not waste your money.

Just cook them much longer (i.e. 20 minutes) than regular noodles or they'll be hard

Product is good but noodles need to be cooked at least twice as long as the package states but it’s a good gluten free option.

I ordered these twice, both times, the packaging used for shipping was so insuffucuent that the noodles arrived completely broken and useless.
