Mighty Gingers - Candied Ginger and Spice Cookies by Lark Fine Foods - Pack of 3

I received this in my Amazon Sweet Surprise Box. Oh my goodness! Absolutely delicious! So glad I don't have to worry about sharing with anyone, lol! Thinking about ordering more for the holidays.Ok... I lied. It's only the 5th of October, but I couldn't wait for a legitimate holiday to order more! With 3 packs, I can share these scrumptious cookies...maybe, lol.

Trader Jo's sold a similar shortbread cookie this past Christmas and we fell in love with them. Searched at all my local markets but no one carried a savory shortbread. Was hesitant to order 3 boxes but was delighted that we like these better than the cookie Trader Jo's sold. Customer Service was helpful and we are now regular customers of Lark. These make a great dessert with cheese and fruit.

Do NOT share with your kids! These cookies are too awesome to share with their undeveloped palates. Grab a glass of cold milk, hide in the closet and savor these tasty little morsels. Yes, they are worth every penny!!

I love every Lark product I have been fortunate enough to find!There was a slight hiccup with my first delivery, I emailed them and what do you know they sent the rest of the order overnight! Awesome customer service. I cant wait to order my favorite cookies again! Delicious and unique products. Yum

These are light and delicate, crumbling in your mouth with each bite. I think dancing deer used to have them and I was so disappointed when they were no longer carried. I was thrilled that they were here on amazon.These would make an amazing crust for something like lemon pies or cheesecake if you crushed them up with some melted butter and a smidge of sugar.These are great for dipping in tea.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cookies! The combo of rosemary with a biscuit is the most brilliant flavor combination ever. I love having these cookies with tea and feel very English. Definitely worth getting more than one box, as you'll most likely binge eat the first box...

This is an amazing cookie!!Perfect for those who like a little savory with their sweet. This the fourth time I’ve ordered these in a three pack. Great gift, or to hoard for yourself.

I knew I would like these as I am obsessed w/ fennel biscotti.They are not very sweet, but the fennel and burnt sugar make them juuust sweet enough. The shortbread is nice, not greasy at all. I'll order these again.
