So I'm pretty experienced with shapewear. But I only wear it for special occasions in certain dresses and outfits cause well, it's usually not very comfortable and it can get hot when worn in the summer. But holy sh*t guys... This shapewear is actually awesome. I got the 3x expecting it to be smaller, but it actually is probably pretty true to size. I hover somewhere between a 24 and a 26 depending on the clothes. The 3x fits and holds me in enough, but it is also extremely comfortable, which was surprising. So I just ordered a 2x also to see how that fits. And it's so easy to get on. I don't know why some of the previous reviews were saying you need another person to get this thing on. If you follow the directions it actually goes on easier than a lot of other shapewear I own. And it freaking stays up!! The worst part of most brief style shapewear is that it rolls down. Sometimes I have to safety pin them to my bra, but it never is easy or 100% perfect. Then the open bust body suit styles, well you really can't wear those with tops with thin straps because both the strap of your bra and the shapewear strap show and they don't usually lay on top of each other so it's pretty obvious. So this bra hook contraption HookedUp came up with is genius and works as well as they say it does. Plus the price!? As a $25 amazon find, I was insanely skeptical. But it's surprisingly amazing. I can get 3-4 of these for the price I would spend on one Spanx or other brand. And that's just what I'm going to do. As soon as I figure out whether I like the 2x or 3x better I'm going to order another 3 to take with me on vacation to FL, because I don't feel like these will feel too hot in the FL heat like other ones I own.

I wear shapewear pretty much every day (for reference my fave right now is the Spanx lace bodysuit), and was pretty excited about the design concept from this brand. I have a 30" waist, and 42" hips; ordered a medium and a large. I couldn't get the medium past my hips, but the large fit. The reason this gets stars taken off is that it doesn't really shape, it just provides some light smoothing. Also, VPLs. Even though the leg holes are seamless they are cut too small in proportion to the rest of the piece, and the cut of them is a little odd (a good comparison is the Ragu shapewear--the legs on those have a similar problem). You can actually see this in the manufacturer photos: zoom in on the hips of the models and you can see that that the leg holes are cutting into the hips and creating an indentation that would show through clothes. So these are going back. That said, the idea is totally genius, and if this company ever comes out with anything that is firm control I will totes order the thigh brief and the slip.

This is a good shaper for softer rolls and bulges but not meant to make you any thinner just smoothing things out. I ended up not wearing it to my event since my dress smoothed things out for me and it was more comfy without it. I am still going to keep it though. I was hoping it might help with my postpartum belly to cinch things in after twins.

I always wear Large in shapewear. 5'4" 150 lbs. Love that hooked up attaches but like some, hooks can come out when putting on and hard to hook bra. I solved that with a front hook bra. It still comes unattached sometimes, but much better. I bought Lg but it did not hold me in enough, so I bought a Med. plus I bought one with less % of spandex hoping it would make a difference. It still does not hold in enough around the waist and tummy. Feels comfortable and slippery under clothes but I wish it was firmer control. The med. causes a little back fat above. I would prefer the large with better shaping in the right areas.

Comfortable but I ordered a size up. I think I could’ve ordered my usual shirt size vs. what I order when I assume something “runs small”. The hooks work very well, but I don’t think it’s possible to get into on your own. That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. But it’s great— just have help available to get it on. I followed instructions and hooked it prior to my bra, but once u “step in” the shaper then the hook moves and one if not both detach. Once it was on it worked well though. Wonderful not to have in rolling down!Great idea for this smart company!

I bought these as a back up to the Spanx I already had. However, the spanx are notorious for rolling down and being a complete pain to get in/out of. These I was able to get into on my own, they did not roll down at all and I even used the bathroom (I’m a stall) and got them back up just fine. They do have a clasp at the bottom, like a bra clasp, to use the bathroom with, but it was just easier to take them off, because I was in a jumpsuit and had to take that down to use the bathroom anyway. I will say that these are more of a ‘slimmer’, like what a swimsuit would do, rather than a shaper, like spanx. But I would definitely buy a pair of these before I bought another pair of spanx. And they’re $13 cheaper!

ordered 2 sizes & ended up going with smaller size as I wanted little more hold, but that said I was still comfortable wearing it for almost 8 hours - ate dinner & danced at a wedding. I am happy to report it did not roll down in spite of my bending over on a number of occasions. It came up to just under my bra & although it comes with a strap that you can hook on to your bra to help keep it up, I never used that & it stayed up! Very happy with purchase!

The product fits well but when I received the package today, I noticed it wasn't folded properly. It was shoved into the packaging so I knew right off the bat that it was tried on before. I expect that to happen since they allow returns of the product, however I did NOT expect it to be covered in pet hair. I am severely allergic to pet dander and as soon as I took it out of the packaging, the dander got on everything I was near and now I am itchy and sneezing. There was no quality control going on before sending the product out and upon that too, it is missing some of the bra hook things. I bought 2 of the shapewears (XL and L) because I wasn't sure of the sizing and the smaller size has the bra hooks and is manufacture folded. I am docking stars for the simple fact I am suffering from unnecessary allergies right now and the fact that it wasn't checked before sending out to a customer. I cleaned off as much pet hair as I could on the XL since I can't wash it before trying it on and it fits well - true to size. I didn't have a chance to try the hooking to the bra feature but it doesn't seem to be moving while on and is comfy. Not restricting in any way.

I bought this in hopes it would support a rib that keeps popping out instead of a bulky brace. What a relief!It's perfect. It's light-weight, but holds perfectly. Easy to use and comfortable, this fits true to size. I love that it's longer in the body, so it comes right up under my breasts. I can walk and do gentle exercises again without the rib slipping or stabbing. It's also alleviated the pressure in my belly. Totally worth every penny.

I returned this item because it fit a bit bigger than I expected and I wanted something a little more form fitting. Ended up buying another one of their products, but one size smaller this time.
