It looked great, felt nice. It also worked fine for a little while. But, the connection is often lost and it is not easy to get it to work again. It should be just a press of the power button but it is tricky to get it to work.When I press the power button, I am often not sure if its going to work or not. In fact, two days ago, the blue LED light came on and it just stayed ON - the keyboard/mouse was neither working nor responding to anything I do to power it off. I left it on for a day after which it shut itself down (I guess) and I was able to remove the device from my Surface Pro and add it back in. So, clearly there are issues with the bluetooth connection - either with my SP3 or with the keyboard.The keyboard itself feels comfortable. The mouse pad is OK, I noticed a slight lag; but, its not that bad. Drag and drop is a hassle, using the mouse pad; but then, its a touch screen so I should be able to use touch to do that? My primary use is for work, where I dont want to work away using the KB & mouse and not worry about quirks. I cant do that right now, hence the 3 stars.

What started out as a great idea ended up completely useless. I bought this case so that I would have a keyboard available whenever and wherever I want to use my Surface Pro 3. The case itself fits well and provides adequate protection but the most important feature, for me at least, does not work. The Keyboard does not work. It constantly loses bluetooth connection to the tablet. When my Surface goes to sleep the keyboard disconnects. After waking up the tablet the keyboard will not reconnect no matter what i do. I usually have to give up trying but since there is no way to whether or not the keyboard is on the power drains by the time I try to use the keyboard again.Besides the problem with the keyboard, the tablet itself no longer stands up. The tablet stand is connected to the case by a piece of fabric that tore off the back of the case. Without the fabric stand is useless. Overall, this purchase has been a very poor experience.

I bought this case and it was amazing. The keyboard was good. However, on my second day trying to use the keyboard, it will not sync with my Surface Pro 3. In fact, the keyboard seems to be stuck. I can't even get the keyboard to turn off, the blue light has been on for the last hour and will not even go into standby mode. I think I might have to let the battery drain and see if it will start working once I recharge it. The user manual is awful and there does not appear to be any way to reset the keyboard nor does the user guide tell you how to reset it. I am very disappointed.

I have only had this for a few days but I love it so far. I couldn't bring myself to spend another $130 on the Microsoft keyboard & additional money on a case. You can't beat this price. Keyboard syncing was very easy and the quality is very good. I like how it has a slot for the stylus. The only thing I don't like so far is that because the keyboard is removable, sometimes when you open the case the keyboard will fall out.

Excellent fit. My only so-so comment is the fact that you can not use the laptop kick strand. Additionally, I should have taken the time to consider some of the other reviews. I am an asthmatic and it appears that the case was sprayed with chemicals that smell so bad that it exacerbates my asthma.

After a short time the top flap starts to curve and will mot close properly. It was cheap enough for me not to complain too much. I would not purchase it again.

Good quality cover case with stand (for this price of less than $35), but not a good Bluetooth keyboard. It is easy to set up the Bluetooth keyboard for the first time, but then every time I restart Surface Pro 3, I have to struggle to re-sync this keyboard to Surface Pro 3. I have to use the touch screen to log in to Windows 8.1 Pro.The Delete key fell off when it arrived in my Amazon package; the touch pad is loose on the right bottom corner (where you would normally press to do a Right-click). I need to press very hard to perform a Left-click. I am afraid carpel tunnel syndrome could develop after prolonged use.The cover is of pretty good quality to every detail of the Surface Pro 3, and includes opening for the front and back cameras.3 stars were given, although with low quality keyboard, due to high quality cover. I hope the manufacturer will work on improvement of the keyboard part. At that time I will give a 4 to 5 stars rating.

I haven't hade it a month and it's broke it gets one star only because you have to put a star to post a review. Haven't had it a month and can't return it smh

Was really impressed initially with this product when it arrived and worked well for the first couple of days. the case looks smart too. Since then the Bluetooth keyboard does not power on even after a full charge. sending back for refund.

Fits perfectly and is MUCH cheaper than what they wanted in the store for a cover/keyboard. It is also less flimsy than the Micrsoft version offered in the store. The keyboard works well. Only problem - and this may not be a problem for others - is the the keybard attaches by magnets to the cover. This works ok unless you're a little rough with it. So, I put peel-n-stick velcro tabs in a couple of corners and problem solved.
