I may have just gotten a dud
Cute water bottle. Liked the option to remove the cap to clean.Washed it before using in mild/warm water with dawn.rinsed it numerous times. Used only for plain water. first bottle of water was absolutely fine though had a slightly different taste from my other water bottle.Second bottle of water (refilled as soon as first was empty - did not rewash, finished one bottle and refilled it immediately) tasted a bit funny. Kept drinking an it got worse and worse. It tasted like the black cap part of the mouthpiece was over heated but I was in a car running the AC. It got worse with every sip, and I absolutely got afraid to drink it.I've tried washing the bottle several times but the smell is coming from the inside of the bottle - can't tell what it is - I've tried regular dawn & water, I've now got baking powder and water inside to see if that will help but I'm actually too concerned about it to ever drink from it again. The odd smell and flavor was kind of musty kind of pungent - almost seemed a bit metallic and musty I just can't describe it -was undrinkable. and the water I used was actually fine (was the first thing I checked)Can't explain - cute as it can be & I really appreciated the option to remove the cap for cleaning ... but I can't use this to drink from & just mad at myself for ordering it on line - should have gotten whatever the local store had so that I could return.

Great price point.
I received one for a race/ride I was in and I was impressed. So I decided to buy some more. The old one I have had for two years and it does it’s job.Pros:clamps easy in bottle cageDish washableKeeps water generally cold For a long whileGreat price pointI mix Gatorade powder or pour in drinks and it doesn’t stain or keep smells after washCons:not the prettiest designs availableTad heavy but fine for beginners or people exercising or not weight mindedIf you don’t care the cap on it will leakPeople say water taste plasticy. I don’t see that. It insulated and well put together and does what it’s advertised to do.I bought 2 and am happy.

unsure of authenticity, or just a bad batch/piece
I bought two bottles to replace the ones we recently lost on a trip. from two different vendors.this one has some "deformation" where at the bottom it kinda lost the round shape and instead is somewhat squarish. did not have the "POLAR" tag that the other one came with, and after weeks of use, I have noticed a marked difference in the way this one doesn't keep drinks cold as long as the other one does.it still holds a cold drink somewhat decently, so I'm not making a big fuss other than presenting the facts that I've observed of what should be two identical products with a tangible difference in performance.

Can't give this enough stars
I'll keep this short, this is without a doubt the best brand for an insulated bottle that you can buy. Most everything you get today on Amazon or at a sporting goods store is just Chinese junk. These bottles, are in my opinion professional grade. I have five of them. Two for my bicycle, two for my wife, and one for my daughter. We frequently ride on the topath and with enough ice cubes, you legitimately have cold water for your entire ride no matter how hot. These bottles really work.

So much flow
When you’re a mother with 3 little kids you don’t have time for those low energy bottles with the flip up straws and low flow rate. When you’re making milk you need lots of water right freaking now. Not only that but you need a one handed way to put the water in your pie hole because you’ve probably got a baby or a frying pan in the other hand. These water bottles fit all of the requirements and for that I salute you polar bottle. Thank you for also not cucking out and moving your production to Chyna. USA!! USA!!

Not sure if the insulation does anything
I've take this bottle out a bunch of time the past couple of months on my bike ride...and I don't find that it keeps the water cold very long. I would hope that after freezer this bottle overnight, then filling it with ice, that the water would stay cold (even on a hot day) for at least 1 hour. Well, after my hour ride this morning, I tried to drink the water from this bottle and the water temperate was warm! Ugh! Not sure what the insulation provided? Overall, its a standard water bottle design, I just don't think the insulation keeps the water cool for as long as I would like.

Lightweight and keeps cold!
Perfect addition for my Echelon exercise bike. I ordered the 24in but it was too long and exchanged it for the 20in and now a great fit! Most of my water bottles are either yeti or hydroflask but love how I have the best of both worlds with this bottle. Lightweight, leakproof and keeps cold! Handle loop is a plus and great even for walks out with the kids. Recommend!

Pretty good
The size and shape of the water bottle are easy to clean inside and out as well as hold while on a run. I like the loop at the top for your fingers as well. The water stays relatively cold while out for a run in the Arizona summer. The only thing I would change is to make it more of a squirt top like the classic Gatorade bottle. You can leave the top pulled open and squirt water when needed, but if the bottle tips sideways it will instantly leak everything. I don't like having to pull the top up or down while running so I'll be looking for a different one. Otherwise, it's a great purchase

Larger than the normal water bottles and can easily be scuffed, but does its main job for isolation
Bought the white one, and was easily dirtied from cuffs coming from my bottle holders. Not that light, (can't hold it with my mouth alone) and the lip takes a bit of pressure to remove (teeth alone will take extra pressure).Considered its designed for sports, it focused too much on isolation, and neglected the rest of the convenience features like lightness and durability

MORE THAN MEETS THE MOUTH
THIS Polar Bottle is THE perfect 👌 ONE for real riders 🚲 Who NEED a COLD Drink after working up a real thirst.MOST bottles are fancy but don't carry enough for the rideThis does it ALL 👍Have had mine for 2 seasonsCleaning it properlyThe water STILL tastes FRESHand the Bottle keeps the water cold for a long time(depends on the outside temp.)

overall good, but one small issue
i bought this bottle to take with me on bike rides since none of my other bottles fit in the holder, and this fits perfectly! the only issue is there seems to be a layer of thin, clear "film" on the nozzle every time after i drink. it kind of feels like rice paper (that's the best way i can describe it lol) and it's inside the indentations of the letters printed on the nozzle, as well as around it and underneath it. it can be cleaned out by using a toothpick but it's quite annoying at times, and i don't know what causes it.

Love it
I love this bottle. Vits perfect in my cheap bottle holder. Didn't have the plastic smell that other review talked about... I took a chance and am glad I did! As any 'insulated' bottle it doesn't keep water super cold though.
