glass nice and thick and well made as expected and a great and quirky shape although the item needed a good clean first as it was covered in dust.But would order again

I love driftwood and molten glass , so this is right up my street. Although a lovely item,particularly the driftwood,I was slightly disappointed in the glass. Not much “ movement” although I appreciate how difficult that would be to emulate. Would recommend nonetheless.

I was delivered used item sold as new one. Glass piece was broken and wooden holder with wax stains. Don't buy this.

Wasn't well wrapped but was fine. Fifteenth to the photo but the wood has better shape to it. Glass not as green more mint and smaller than I thought would be. However it is lovely item and worth buying!

I write a lot of reviews about a lot of different products but it's an honour to be able to write this one. I've recently taken up meditation and decided that I want to try and practice using a candle. I, therefore, needed the candle to be safe (my home insurance might be good but I don't want to test it) but at the same time feel both calming and inspiring (so I wasn't asking much). I considered various Buddhism inspired holders but in the end, I decided to plump for something more natural. I went with this.This is so simple and elegant, yet tactile and soothing. A rough piece of wood has been cut in such a fashion to allow it to sit easily and safely (no wobbling here) on a flat surface, yet almost seems as if it was hacked off a tree trunk with an axe. The molten glass has then clearly been poured onto it, allowing it to form into the perfect shape (see the burns on the wood) and a tea light indentation has been made in the top.Due to its design and construction methods, it's unique. Although others may be similar, no one else will ever have the version I own, the wood will be different, the glass will form differently. I love that. How many things can we say that about in our modern consumer culture?It's a wonderful item and I wish there was an option to give it more stars.
