Good system
It’s a good system, but the connection to shower head rod has robber rings for connection, instead of a tread, which make the connection to leak under the tile and makes the whole rod with a shower head to tilt down. Might have to look for another rod to fix the leak. Overpriced in my opinion.Update: seller contacted me and sent an arm replacement that connects with a treat, rather that rubber rings. System now works flawlessly.

Lights Going Out
This shower unit uses a lot of water if you use the rain head. You need a big water heater to keep up. We cannot use the rain head and have hot water for the next member of the household to take a shower after. Also, we have not had ours a year yet and the LED lights are already messing up. The red lights are more of a pink, and the green lights no longer work at all. It’s a lot of money to spend to already be having problems with it.

Don't buy LED lights did not last only had them for 2 months. Not worth paying that money for something that lasted that long. Waste of money!!!!!!The shower is really nice. Only used 4 jets but it is still nice!

It was good customer service
I bought two of these and I had an issues with them but when i contact seller they agreed to help me and get me through the issues and now I am happy with them, It works great. I like there customer service.

Elegant and sophisticated
We recently remodeled our walk-in shower and added this plumbing. This is a great system. The flow is reliable and looks great. The lights in the showerhead light up as the water temperature changes. The plumber had no issues putting this system in. The side jets are a nice treat. Very happy with this product.

LED stops working within 12 months, plus body jets get clogged and dont work
