I gave it four stars for two reasons; the cable did not make good contact with the plug so I needed to purchase a new plug and the lamp had a white base instead of the brown one as per product description. Other than this, I adore this lamp, it gives a lovely ambience to my bedroom with the colour changing function. It is not very bright but that was not what I needed. I hope it lasts long!

Not the easiest to control in terms of selecting a colour that you want. You push the main button once to turn it on for the standard warm white colour. A long push of the button then puts the light into a mode where it cycles through the various colours. If you want a specific colour you need to wait and then tap the button again to pause it on your desired colour. My son quite likes it cycling through the various colours as a night light, so this is not too much of a problem. If you are buying this because you want to lock it on a specific colour you will probably find the controls annoying.The colour range is adequate, don't go expecting Philips Hue quality here though.There are also a brightness up/down controls, it doesn't get overly bright or dim but it is good enough.The actual design of the unit is very nice, it diffuses the light gently in all directions and looks stylish.If they could sort out the controls on this so they were easier to use this product would be greatly improved.

I bought as I thought it was a rechargeable one that didn't need to stay on the mains,,but sadly not, still a nice light but not used for what was intended

It does what it says. However the lamp is not the best quality and the cable is pretty short so probably a little pricey for what you actually get.

The light itself is good. Note that it needs to be plugged in to work, there are no batteries in this product like others of this type. Also it did not come with a USB power plug, which it says in the description that it does. So, be prepared to buy an extra USB power plug and an extra long USB cable so you can place it where you want if there are no sockets nearby. It gives off a nice bright white (but not cool or warm) light.

Nice looking lamp, however you can’t keep to one colour. The white light is nice and bright and have different settings, however the touch isn’t particularly touch friendly and sometimes have to touch it several times quite hard to get it to react

They work well and look good. The one button takes a bit of getting used to. They are not bright enough to read with (wife turns both on) but anything else they are more than enough
