Brilliant

Newsies Multi Region DVDI found the service excellent and paid for next day delivery which it came early the next day.The DVD was as described and seems in good condition. Not watched it all to see if works properly but have checked it plays on my region 2 DVD player which was a main priority to check.The only criticism I have is regarding the reviews for the multi region copy of Newsies. The Reviews were clearly grouped for the film itself and not individual product as many stated that you needed to have a region 1 player so check this before purchasing etc.This was clearly described as being able to play on regions 1 to 6. These reviews gave contradictory advise against the DVD which would play in all the regions mentioned.overall I am pleased with the DVD though as I've been looking for a copy for years.

What can I say; Newsies is simply my favourite film. I have always like Christian Bale, and saw an advert for The News Boys as it is known in England at the front of another film, I did not realize at the time that this film was in fact, a musical along the lines of the good old fashioned Hollywood musicals ala Gene Kelly. This film simply lifts your spirits. The cast is charismatic and Bale is a revelation. He could, with a little work make another career on the musical stage if films ever pall for him. Robert Duvall hams it wonderfully, and the fact that Bill Pullman prior to becoming a household name, can sing is another great thing about this film. I'm sure even kids would love and grannies will remember the great MGM musicals of the past. I found out that this film was originally released at the same time as Robin Hood Prince of Thieves and obviously suffered by lack of theatre space but what a little gem it is when I was lucky enough to find it.Watch it and have a great time. It's a fantastic family film.

This film is one of my favourites from nearly 30 years ago. Based on a true storey of the News Paper boys Strike. It has a great Cast and top Songs from Alan Menken, some of his Best.Recommended if you like a Musical with a good story and likable characters with toe tapping Tunes.Picture an sound is great too.

I was expecting to have to upgrade my oldish blu-ray player for a multi region blu-ray player.But looking at the box is showed regions A,B & C worked perfectly on my UK Blu-ray Player.Great Disney film, with lots of dancing and singing along the way.

This movie is an enjoyable musical, who knew Christian Bale could sing and dance. Really worth watching.

The stage show of this film will be opening in the West End in the spring which may make Disney bring out a Region 2 edition.I find this film very enjoyable and the BluRay will play on a Region 2 player as most BluRay films are all region. The only thing you will not be able to do is watch the extras as they are region 1 only. I know this for a fact as I just received my copy.

Even if it wasn't a hit the year it came out (1992), this movie has became a classic for a lot of young people at that time.Walt Disney Home Entertainment have released a great Blu Ray with a clear image and a powerful audio. This edition will make all the fans of the movie (and now of the Broadway musical as well) happy!

This is one of the best musical movies ever produced. This movie is so good that I eventually upgraded to blu-ray.

A first-rate cast that tells a fun and exciting story, packed by a spectacular track, which left me very impressed. The songs are interpreted by the cast in an exquisite way. Anyway, what about a great Disney production: it deserves lots and lots of applause.

I love this Movie, even our eleven year old son and 16 year old daughter were thrilled! It’s a clean , very entertaining and fun family movie! I can only recommend it👍🏼... especially in times where entertainment that is offered nowadays ,is drenched with violence and bloodshed and who knows what else🙈!This movie is a must!

Tout est OK mais dommage que rien ne laissait prévoir que le DVD est seulement en coréen ou en anglais avec tour de même sous-titrage en français.
