Tons of Fun, I liked it so much I bought 2 + 1 Brushless. Great starter vehicle. Easily get hooked and want more. Lotta fun for the money. This RC on road car performs best with aftermarket batteries and a GOOD charger. Stock up on drift Tyres. Have fun.

This car is perfect for people who are beginning on this hobby (like me). It arrived 18 days earlier than expected. Works perfect it's really fast and has an accurate response. I'm enjoying it 100%!

Great buy for the money keeps up and or goes faster than my buddy who’s coast him 300 + I would buy again parts are easy to get to same as a Red Cat i would buy again and or recommend to others

This car is more fun than I would have ever guessed!The quality is great, it looks cool, and comes with the blue body, a remote, a charger, extra rings, and a manual.Guys at the local hobby shop told me the 7.2 1800 mAh battery would last me 10 minutes tops. I was pleasantly surprised when the battery gave me somewhere between 30 and 45 minutes of drive time. (I wasn't really paying attention because I was having so much fun drifting around tables and chairs!)I'm going to try and convince some of my coworkers to buy them so we can race.Pros:- Super sturdy, smashed it into walls over and over, no cracks yet.- Parts are aluminum and appear to be high quality- Fast, almost too fast for a drifter- Drifts like crazy!- 4WD- Good remote with fine tuning knobs. takes 8 AA batteries, or a dc plug- Runs at 27.125 mhz. Crystal is replaceable, controller is not.Cons:- Came with broken servo which 9 times out of 10 turned full left when powered up, and wouldn't turn right at all. It was cheaper for me to buy a new servo from the hobby shop then to ship it back to amazon. Minus 1 star.- Body isn't a bright blue, it is more of a dark, almost purple body with red flames.- Has lots of ugly stickers in bad english. ( Much fast, such power, flying fish ). If you remove them like I did, the stickiness is very difficult to get rid of, even with goo gone. You can live with them, or buy a new shell for cheap.- The charger is pathetic, It doesn't say how long it takes to charge, but I calculate between 7 and 9 hours for the 1800 mAh battery. (250 mAh at 20% efficiency loss ). It isn't too big of a deal because the battery lasts so long, but I'll be buying a NiMH Smart Charger on amazon later today.- The manual doesn't appear to be for this car. I don't know what the black clips are for. I'm guessing to adjust the shocks?Other Advice:I can't imagine this would work well on asphalt. I drove on smooth kitchen tile, and the tires are already a little rough.Make sure you clean the floor first. It will pick up all sorts of dirt.Other reviews say the motor should be upgraded. From my experience, I don't see why you would need to. It is really fast, and has plenty of torque.NiMH is susceptible to the memory effect. Always drain the battery completely before charging. Never charge a partially drained battery.**Update**After running for 2 weeks, the body is pretty beat up, but boy is it fun. I adjusted the toe in with a slight camber to the front wheels and now I can drift with precision. I initially was concerned about driving on asphalt, but now do it all the time. The car gets really dirty, but it holds up well.Unfortunately the signal started cutting out while I was driving for no reason. I had to wiggle the power cord to get the car to respond. As soon as I took it inside the cable started smoking. The ESC (electronic speed controller) had a short in it that melted the solder and the plastic. I assume some metal shaving got inside the electronics. Luckily it is only $10 for a new esc.Still would buy again.

The car is works great and my daughter loves it, i've been out of the rc scene for a long while time now I think its time to get back in to it, great starter car
