The charging Adapter is missing
Please see the attached pic, the box doesn't contain the phone charging adapter.. how will I charge the phone? But the phone and other items all seems to be in good condition. Could you please arrange to send us the charging adapter only.

Worst Refurbished Phone and worst service from LG ever.
I would not recommend anyone to buy this refurbished phone from LG. Only after 7 days of purchasing this item, the main touch screen stopped working. When I visited LG service centre, they did not take any action and hardly paid any attention to fix this since it was a refurbished one. LG, being a reputed company, should have looked into this.

Great smartphone but expensive...!
I bought this smartphone brand new when LG decided to quit from smartphone business, and the good thing is that this device was extremely good in terms of build quality and overall hardware. The camera produces good quality photos and it does support 4K 60FPS video recording too, but the biggest irony is that I bought brand new for around 20K and now it is still sold at same price but for a already used device.It should have been priced around 8K considering the massive discount given by LG at the end-of-life of their smartphone brand.

PRODUCT NOT WORKING PROPERLY
I purchased a refurbished LG G8X phone, and initially, it worked well for just one month. However, after that period, the dual-screen functionality stopped working. I reached out to customer care, but I received no effective assistance for over a month. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as I expected better reliability from a reputable brand like LG. I would caution others considering refurbished LG products and recommend thorough research and perhaps considering alternative options to avoid similar issues and unresponsive customer support.In contrast, Catalyst Milestone, a company that offers a 6-month warranty, might provide better peace of mind in such situations.
