I bought this for my 14 year old who has epilepsy. She loves it and I am extremely happy with the quality of it. She can be very hard on her stuff. This necklace has a think chainamd the pendant is heavy but not so heavy you realize you're wearing it.

I love the necklace but it's actually much bigger than I expected.

I Was thrilled to find something to represent brain aneurysm survivors. However, the charm is bigger than I thought it would be. I was hoping for a more dainty necklace. I ended up using the charm as a keychain instead. It is still a daily reminder of what I have warriored through! I just wasnt comfortable wearing it on my neck.

It is bigger than I thought it would be, which I like. It is not a light dainty piece, about the size of a silver dollar. I love it!

I wear it proudly every day. I don't take it off unless I shower.

I really liked this necklace when I saw it, but it is nothing like the photo in the description. What I received was a cheap looking, tarnished piece of jewellery, with the words around the edge faded and no where near as clear as the photograph.I could send it back and get a refund, but the hassle of all of that, then waiting for it to be received back, just isn’t worth the effort. So I’m stuck with this lovely piece of tacky jewellery!My advice: don’t buy from this seller!
