Our little boy loves doing anything in the kitchen and always wants to help cut up fruit and veg.We bought him a bud kitchen and thought we'd get this as well for him to play with.Glad we did. It's great quality and love the fact it comes with a little wooden knife and chopping board.Our little boy was playing with it for hours in the garden.Great quality and striking bright colours. Would recommend this product

This arrived a view days ago and has entertained my 3yr old neice all day!! She copies me and makes various 'fruit salads' it's very good quality, nice and sturdy. The only problem I'd say is the velcro is a bit strong but very good but ocassionally quite difficult to 'chop' through but that's not the worst problem to have! My niece loves it when she does 'chop'it bangs down on the chopping board and makes 'a real noise'. Would highly recommend

This wooden play food set is fairly basic, but our granddaughter enjoyed it. She became engrossed and enjoyed being able to “slice” the fruit and serve it to us. The colours are vibrant and the items themselves very smooth and well made, big enough to not be a choking hazard. The various segments are joined together with Velcro spots, which separate easily with the included wooden spatula - not sure how long the Velcro will last though. If you have a child who enjoys playing with her toy kitchen or play food, this fruit set is ideal as a stocking filler or rainy day surprise. The packaging is a letdown, arriving in a flimsy plastic bag. Overall, a nice little item but for use as an accessory, not as a main present.

As soon as this was out the packet my little one was so excited - she enjoyed cutting all the different fruits and naming them all. It’s all of a high quality and the fruit are brightly painted. I love the little chopping board that comes with it. The knife is a very good size for little hands.

This product is great! My 20 month old daughter loves playing with the mixture of fruit and veg and the quality of the product is brilliant. Also the team at NimNik have been really great at rectifying a missing part of the delivery. I have one very happy child and would highly recommend this product and the company!Thanks again- especially to Katie in helping replace the missing part!

My 3 year old enjoyed playing with the fruits and my 5 year old loved using a big knife to cut the fruit. Good product however the velcro lost its stickiness very quickly and the knife almost split with my 5year old using it. Nice idea and both my boys enjoyed playing with it but perhaps look at the durability?

Cons: Poor quality product, wooden knife split after minutes of use (16 month old playing with toys), making item hazardous, splinters etc.Pros: Fruit is ok for price paid, colourful also joins and separates efficiently with Velcro making it fun to play with.
