Arrived in impeccable condition.
Some people posted reviews of horrendously damaged rots from the shipping process but I wanted to assure everyone that is not always the case. I received my fishing pole in mint condition and had not problems with the shipping box being crushed. The rod is very light weight and is worth every penny.

ALWAYS SHIP FISHING POLES IN TUBES
I RECIEVED THIS ITEM IN A BOX INSTEAD OF A TUBE WHEN I OPENED IT LOW AND BEHOLD THE ROD WAS MISSING NINE INCH'S FROM A SEVEN FOOT ROD. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I REALLY WANTED THAT LEWS TP 1 IN BLACK.IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. I GUESS I WILL HAVE BUY WHEN I SEE IN A TACKLE STORE. YES I DID GET TOTAL REFUND.

Very Poor Boxing.
Lew's should be ashamed of how this quality Rod is boxed.A child would know better.Many people received their Rods broken.I was lucky.Mine was Ok.But it arrived totally loose bouncing around in the box.Unbelievable!

Ordered this product twice and both times the tip was crushed.

Poor delivery broken end
I was looking forward to this rod... Sadly it arrived with broken ends. I hope to get a refund ASAP! Very disappointed as it was an expensive purchase. I hope the refund process is good, as it still in the plastic it came in. Unopened.

Seat placement seems a bit off.
Its a very nice rod, but the reel placement seems to a bit too forward making it slightly uncomfortable when grasping the reel.

Not all shipping companies care about the packages they deliver.
I was looking forward to this rod, unfortunately it was delivered with the rod tip broken off and flattened. But the box wasn’t damaged, very strange and frustrating.
