Blower motor arrived in great time. Install was easy but after install, not much air flow coming through the vents. I thought maybe I had a broken recirculation door or other obstructions blocking the air flow so I pulled the motor back out to find everything in my truck was working properly and as it should be. After about 3 hours of researching my air flow problem, I found that many of these cheaper blower motors bought off amazon have 1 common problem. They are rotating the wrong way. I pulled the motor for a 3rd time and sure enough, this was the problem. I had to swap the prongs around in the plug which was very simple to do and blows hard now. The vent hose wasn't an exact fit, off just enough that I cant hook it back up.

this fixed my problem in my dodge I had fan speed 1 and max but that was all now with this all sppeds work perfectly
