Q: Does this replacement grip come with the tape that is added in the final step while replacing the old grip. And also one can replace it by them self ?

Yes it does come with finishing tape. That is what the black vertical stripe is in the center of the picture. You can put it on yourself. Plenty of videos on YouTube, make sure you use one for replacement grip, not overgrip. It takes a little practice, but is easy to do I think.

Q: Can this be used as an overgrip?

Overgrip is typically used to place over an existing grip. If you place this replacement grip over another grip (which you can) it add a full size maybe larger plus it will round out the grip. I would not use this an overgrip.

Q: Does these grips have self adhesive on them

Yes. The back side of the grip includes a sticky adhesive for applying to your racquet's handle. It fairly easy to apply.
