I usually use a retractable leash but those don’t work on my new pup, especially because she’s a bigger dog vs my old ladies being little ankle biters. It’s super sturdy and well made. It’s easy to redirect when trying to leash train and overall comfortable to use. I think the only thing is that it’s a little shorter than what I’m used to using, so that’s more of a user problem than the actual product. Also, I’m probably going to have to repurchase within a few months or so, because it’s slowly fraying from biting and chewing. I’m sure if my pup wasn’t being a raptor and putting everything in her mouth it’d last us waaaay longer, but the price point I got it at wasn’t too bad and I think it’s paid itself off already compared to how often we’re using it since it arrived.

I love this leash. The hook swivels giving great performance. you never get tangled. It's made very well. It's easy to hold onto. It's safe and durable. comes in lots of colors. I think these are as nice as alot of the more expensive ones that I've had in the past.I would definitely recommend.

And the stitching is nice & sturdyThe clip - it's a metal clip on a swivel so for active dogs, the leash won't twist up Again, it is metal so it is too heavy for a small dog...of course, since the leash is 1" wide, this is not for cute little velcro dogs. Get a narrower leash if you own a little furbabyThe leash body...it's 1" wide so again, this is not for little dogs. It's all one piece (leash & handle) so it's nice & strong for excited dogs that like to take YOU for a walkBottom line, this is a high quality basic leash without the unnecessary frills for a great price.

This is a nice sturdy well made leash. It's made out of the thicker nylon vs. some of the cheaper leashes. The hook clasp seems pretty durable. It's probably not the most comfortable leash to use if your dog pulls alot. The nylon will bite into your hands. I don't use it for walking. I've used it to tether a toy for my dog and it works. I like the neon green color although it's very dirty. I wish they made longer lengths but great quality for the price!!!

We have a puppy. I needed a leash for training that didn’t cost a fortune. she could chew on it when I wasn’t looking and I wouldn’t care that she did. These are actually great for training and inexpensive enough to buy multiple. We are on number 2 and I will probably buy more just to have back up leashes.
