I am a new mom and over the tough year of being a mother, my nails has turned brittle and my hair is mess.The hairline on my head keeps growing off quickly and losing its strength and rigidity. I put in 2 hours of research and have narrowed it down to this product because of the positive reviews I"ve read, the reviews seems more genuine than the competitors prompting me to think it might actually work. I took 2 capsules as recommended and it has resulted in my brittle nails turning stronger again. The thickness is back!!! and my hair texture has changed back to what it used to look like 2 decades ago. I have now consistently taken the capsules for 30 days straight ,without missing a day and the results are all positive. My hair length also increased by 4 inches. Not to shabby. Will be buying another bottle for my mother. I think she"ll appreciate this one. Good night

This bottle contains 90 capsules, and at a recommended dosage of 3 capsules per day it provides a 30 day supply. After trying it, I found that my hair, skin, and nails were in worse condition than when I was using my previous brand. I assume this is because of the lower dosage. This brand supplies 1,500 mg of collagen in the recommended dosage of 3 capsules.Many recommendations for collagen supplements are for a minimum of 5,000 mg and often 10,000 - 15,000 mg.My experience of the ineffectiveness of the 1,500 mg of collagen supplied by this product would seem to bear this out.

These pills are easy to swallow they are not too big, I feel overall good while taking them I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet in my skin complexion or hair but I will continue to take.

I bought this product initially because I was reading up about how certain types of collagen are great for joints and I've had some knee trouble for the past few years after a ski injury. I tried Glucosamine, Turmeric and many other products solely marketed for joint pain and I never noticed any real results. This product did wonders for me. The pain has decreased significantly and my mobility is as good as ever. In fact, I'm now back to my normal running routine where before I was only able to use the stationary bike. Thrilled with this product!! Thank you thank you thank you!And as a side note (although Im not super vain), I have had people comment on my hair growth (I was thinning a bit) and it's quite a bit fuller now and my skin feels and looks amazing. My skin is much smoother and tighter would be the best way to describe it. Best 25 bucks I have ever spent - literally.update: I've been using this product for a bit longer now so I took a picture a few weeks into using the product and now a picture several weeks later. I don't think the recommended dose is high enough. I previously used a powder form, and halfway through the container my nails were hard as steel and my hair was looking great. Switched to these bc i thought capsules would be easier than powder. But I discern absolutely no effects. I won't be reordering.

This supplement contains 5 different types of collagen peptides which is exactly what I was looking for to help strengthen nails, hair, skin, muscles and bones. The product is easy to swallow and there are no adverse side effects. On top of all that, it is affordable AND they have a great customer service team! Will be buying again.

I like that these have a more complete collagen profile instead of just having one or two. I am not sure how I feel about the small dose suggestion because most places online recommend 10-30g collagen per day and this is under 2g. I know collagen can not be compressed or distilled so I am actually pretty disappointed in this product after learning how much a person is suggested to take. It is possible that some of these other collagens they provide are rarer or are needed in much lesser amounts, but I am very skeptical of that. It does seem high quality and well made. I am going to stick with my other supplements that provide 10g per serving in the future.

Was looking for type I,II, III, V, X collegan to help with my thinning hair and brittle nails. Definitely see a difference with my nails. They grow quickly and seem stronger. Verdict still out whether helping with my thinning hair though.
