The ingedients listed are good for the man but maybe not enough concentration.
Didnt notice any difference with while trying this product. Was interested in trying again but after the price increase, it wasn't worth trying. It may work for some buy you may need a two month supply to notice any results. The smell is awful so better eat some peppermint afterwards.

Like all other products like this it takes time before you feel results. I feel a greater drive but don't expect growth.
