Not too deep! Easier to remove!!

These made putting down the deck boards much easier. Glad I went with the multi sized pack because it was handy to use different sizes to get the floor back to square at any point. Several times we had to use different size spacers on the same board to square things up. First composite deck I've done and I was expecting boards that were straight as an arrow but they were worse than wood, so these made the job of getting everything back to square at anytime during the project much easier. Had a few get squeezed in too tight to pull out by hand but I used a claw hammer to remove them by the handle and had no issues getting them out and none of them broke. Price seems a little high for some plastic, but after using them I'm not complaining at all about the price.

I bought the tub of deck spacers because I had 20ft 2x6's to install, and the lumber was quite badly bowed. With about 400 feet of boards installed, I have yet to break one of these spacers. They take a lot of abuse and pressure from the 2x6's being pried into alignment. If a spacer becomes jammed because of the pressure between the boards, I can slip a pry bar under the flange on the spacer and pry it out without destroying the spacer.

I am a carpenter. I use these spacers frequently. I have lost or stepped on all 20 of them over a year and a half. I LOVE the orange color, easy to see under a dark deck. They are great for 2x6 and 5/4x6 decking boards. The plastic jug they come in is super handy, and easy to put back in. 5 starts from this seasoned carpenter! I just ordered another 20 of them, couldn't be happier

This one little thing made my deck replacement turn out amazing! I bought them as an impulse buy not really thinking that they would be necessary. Wow was I wrong. I put down about 300 square feet of composite decking to replace the rotten deck boards on my back deck by myself. These little plastic spacers made the job turn out like a pro. They pull out after screwing the boards down very well and the thickness was perfect for the recommended spacing by the manufacturer of my decking. Get them you won't regret it.

These are great... better than most cause you get more bang for your buck!... would recommend thisI’ve used several different styles and brands and they all work about the same but you can’t compare PRICE!

Was not sure what size of spacing I needed to match what I have so this was perfect. Ordered this package because of the different sizes included. You get 4 of each one. I have now ordered a 10 pack of the size I am using to help with finishng the project

These are slick! I am a profectionist and spent so much money on 2x6 cedar decking I wanted it to look perfect and function well. Knowing your moisture content helps as wood expands and contracts a great deal even if milled and covered. I really needed to physically see the gaps. I liked the orange spacers best. The top handles of all the spacers are about the same , so I used them as having alot is far superior. You can use penny nails etc but these dont fall through and are superior. I broke a couple because I had to straighten a couple boards to keep the gap consistent.

Used these when replacing the deck board on my 20' x 14' deck. They worked well to achieve a consistent spacing between the board.

These worked perfectly. The only thing i would change is the handles are too small. If the spacer was in tight between two boards my finger would get stuck in the handle. This is a very minor problem as the product was great!!
