Its difficult to review a pillow because everyone has specific individual needI get pain with hard & even normal pillows, needed really this but softI used this recron pillow by removing 70% of recron - that one was best till the material settled & pillow lost shape or basic firmness.This pillow turned to be next best this & I am reviewing after 2 months use.It’s really thin at 2inch thickness . But since I suffer sleep apnea I have to sleep sideways & hence need to fold the pillow . This pillow didn’t break or lostIntegrity with those multiple folds as it had happened with recron pillow.
