These work great for a young girl. I tried them on my adult arm hair and its not effective. For my young daughter this is great for her leg hair. Shes still too young to shave but old enough to be self conscious of her dark leg hair. We have very light skin and dark hair so her downey hairs and visible.We use these in our hand and not on the plastic holder. They arent as effective on the holder at least not in my experience. When going in circles and applying light pressure vigorously, you can get a clean smooth look.I strongly recommend not using it on your face. I tried my cheek and got a burn. Facial skin is just too delicate for this kind of hair removal.Overall i really like these as an option for my daughter, but for me as an adult they arent good for anything except for a light exfoliation with no hair removal.

Easy to use and cheaper than Walmart!

I put these to ultimate test! Thick leg and arm hair that has never been shaved. It took several sheets for each leg and some spots just were to difficult to get fully, but it did get off the bulk of the hair leaving a smooth surface. These may be good for a quick touch up, but wouldn't really recommend for thick hair that has never been shaved. It is time consuming and will tire out your hands and arms.

This product is no better than regular sandpaper. I was expecting it to be like a 3M product I bought several years ago for the same purpose. The 3M product felt like velvet by comparison to this product. Unfortunately,I missed the return window. My skin turned bright red and burned like fire for several hours after use, even with repeated application of a natural soothing lotion.

Great deal work well

My grandmother used this or a similar product back in the 50s. I remembered it and thought I'd try them. They leave your legs smooth. One caveat, you have to use them daily if your hair grows fast, and it is a bit of work. If you are willing to do this, it is smoother than shaving and no cuts. It comes with a holder for your face, but I've never used it on my face.

Just a okay product item came on time .

These do not compare to the ones you get in the original purchase. The ones that come with the buffer are smooth. These replacements are rough and gritty. And they don't take the hair off like the smooth ones do.
