I have been using this for years! I keep a bottle in the short for when I forgot to take my eye make up off at night. Apply it in the shower, wipe off with a wet towel and your ready to start another day!

I used to get this directly from Avon. Tried others but love this lotion based makeup remover.

It was hard to find an Avon rep where I live, so thankfully I found what I needed on Amazon. I've used this product for many years and it never disappoints. It has never burned my eyes, easy to use and remove. A little of this product goes a long way so it lasts a long time before having to purchase again.

This product is very gentle, doesn’t sting or irritate my eyes. It is a good moisturizer for around my eyes. I have been using this product for a number of years and are perfectly satisfied with the job it does cleaning off eye make up and moisturizing the eye area. I would definitely recommend this product.

I used Avon moisture effective eye makeup remover for twenty years. It does not cause flair ups with my rosacea and has been the only one I've found that doesn't. I was so disappointed when this was discontinued. I tried to change to some others but had problems with them. This one is not too liquidy - a nice soft creamy texture, unscented, does not flair rosacea and just a tiny bit works -Great on removing for me-eye liner, eye shadow, mascara and pressed powder. If small amount gets in eyes due to rubbing on eyes I have no burning. It took me some time to realize that this new bottle is the same stuff - I kinda feel like it has changed ever so slightly that it is a little thinner? A bit more watery or not so creamy as before - but it works just as good. I am also a bit disappointed in the fact that they unreasonably have raised the price. I used to get a bottle of this, same size for $3.00. I realize there is inflation but come on. I've seen this going for $20.00 a bottle - that is not what this costs. This listing had at $10.00 each. I will use sparingly and still try to look out there for something comparable at a more accurate price. Until I find it tho, this product works!

I only enjoy lotion eye makeup removers... where you moisturize eye area with product and water to remove. The two I've used in the past have been discontinued and other similar products either have irritated eyes and/or don't get makeup off without actual rubbing. Micellar water - you need cotton pads and the Halo pads worked the first few uses but after being washed, don't work as well, still dragging around eyes, and still there's remaining makeup. This Avon makeup remover works beautifully. I only use around eye area to remove makeup and double cleanse face with a different facial cleanser.

Have used this from Avon for years. Used to get it for $1. Guess everyone realized how good it is. You won’t be disappointed

I’ve tried many make up removers but I always go back to Avon.

The consistency is thick, sticky and IMO not worth the price given the amount and number of application you need to just to remove a waterproof mascara and the size of the bottle. Will not buy this again!

Have been using this for years. Sensitive skin and never reacted to it. Great and does as expected. Recommend 100%

This product used to be way cheaper. But it’s the best so I pay it. Not oily. Removes all mascaras I have tried. Doesn’t make you eyes feel oily.
