You're a Star: A Child’s Guide to Self-Esteem

Speedy delivery and a good book for working with children

This is lovely for children who need a boost of self esteem. I bought this for my son for Christmas, we’ll work through it together. I saw it in a high street store a few weeks ago and loved it, I always price check things on Amazon and it was less than half the price on here so really good value for money too.

A great product for any child who has ASD or experiences anxiety. Introduces positive thinking and useful reflective thinking from an early age. Supports emotional intelligence and resilience, great strategies especially in todays world.

Definitely recommend

This book has helped me and some students I work with open up conversations around mental health which has been a god send.
