The product was not up to mark for a kid too, I returned it. The quality of the touch screen was bad. it was not responsive. The speaker was not giving a clear voice output. Yeah, it's true that its cost is very less in terms of a smartwatch, but at least the speaker should be good.

Great one at best price.. All the smart features are available in the watch.. It will give you smart look and only after connecting your phone through Bluetooth, you can access the watch with your contact details and other messengers.

WhatsApp not opening...It closes by showing downloading..It's been 7 hours ,I have been trying to open WhatsApp.Facebook app and browser also doesn't work.camera has placed ulta.Touch screen is good.It works on 2g network.Can be used as a basic mobile phone.

I didn't like this product and i have first time bad experience in Amazon product because i have open a product an its like a what is the product, its cheap product and battery not put in the watch and no other document like information book and how to use this product and etc. all that.

I recived a faulty product. The battery was swollon and did not fit in the watch. I requested the return immediately on 27th may. But has been pending since. Customer care is not responding at all. Chat or toll free number is not getting connected..Please assist urgently..

None of the features works. Pedometer counts steps even when watch is lying on floor. Sleep monitor shows random status. This smart watch doesn't have any smart features. It do not have any kind of sensors to measure steps or speed or any of body movement. It do not have health monitoring features like calories count, speed count, etc. as promised in its ad. It doesn't have any sync features.It is just a kid digital watch.
