WOW 😲 what difference in the way I feel so much better 😊 if u have back or neck and shoulder pain don't wait are think about getting a teeter hang up ...get one as soon as possible and feel human again I wasn't sure about this machine but after one use I could already tell that this money was well spent...i do feel better than I have in a long time..THANKS 😊

At the end of the day, the Teeter was too large and bulky for our living space, and felt clunky to use.I have some minor annoying lower back pain just above my left hip. I've been seeing a chiropractor semi-regularly for 2.5 years leading up to this purchase, but am undiagnosed. My wife recently started have some stiffness in her lower back as well, so I finally pulled the triggerband ordered the Teeter around Christmas.The Teeter provided some minor "relief" feeling in my problem area, (which normally feels pinchy, acute, like it needs to crack) but had little effect for my wife who complains more of stiffness.The EP-560 version comes with the "Gravity Boots" which were highly recommended on Amazon. I found them sort of a pain to strap in to, and also clunky to hook to the Teeter. Actually, clunky sort of describes the device in general.While the hardware is solid, the device overall is a large unitasker that we really didn't have space for. I felt the relief provided wasn't any better than I could get doing yoga, or with occasional visits to a Chiro or massage. Because of this, I felt the Teeter would be sitting around collecting dusk in a few months, so I opted to return it.It does provide some relief, so if you really are at wits end and have exhausted all other options for curing your back pain, you may want to look at it. For those with only minor to moderate or occasional pain, I would recommend trying some other methods, before going with the Teeter.Also, if considering a purchase, make sure that you have plenty of space. A dedicated room like a basement, or workout area, would be best.

I ordered this table from an individual and was very pleased with not only the product itself but also with the seller. He kept me informed on when the product would be shipped out but also e-mailed me letting me know that if I had any problems assembling it he would try to assist me with directions. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Been using it for a couple of weeks, but not consistently. I've been able to ease the preassure off my lower back caused by impact, lifting heavy pieces of wood and equipment (arborist) and overstretching... The relief is great and i'm sure it will get better

Very pleased with my teeter table...was worried it might take up to much room in bedroom but it fits with plenty of room

Helps to stretch the back. Caution should be used for folks that have ankle problems.
