graphic novel
Liked. First one I've read. A bit short on content, but emotionally engaging, and a good historical perspective on human fraility and misjudgement.

great art
Great artwork. I wouldn't say its an "enjoyable" read due to its subject matter but its historically informative, and especially resonating in these dark times.

Excellent book for sparking interest and furthering discussion.
This is a great book! I am researching this topic to teach at our home school Co op. There is information to make you say "whoa" yet not so much that it's overwhelming. I can see a lot of discussion stemming from the information in this book. There are some similarities between the 1918 flu and the 2020 flu. Can you spot them? I only wish it was available in paperback so that I could buy a copy for each student in class!

Great read.
Love how timely this graphic novel is- the saying “History repeats itself” kept popping into my head. The way each panel pops out of the page makes for a more enjoyable read.
