Basket weaving

This yarn isn’t what I expected at all, but it was specific for a dress I wanted to make for my daughter. It is stiff and not at all soft but I guess that is how linen yarn is supposed to be. I’m unsure if the yardage since I didn’t have enough to do the project that was specific to this yarn and there was also issues with a foreign matter being weaved into the yarn (see the yellow in the picture.). Overall I’m disappointed as it was very expensive considering the small skein you get.
