I honestly believe this is a complete scam. I was using a supplement that was great - my nails and hair were awesome. But that company folded around the time Covid started so I bought this product. My nails got soft and crumbly immediately, my thick head of hair began to thin. It is worse than useless. I have no idea why so many people say otherwise. I have now bought a different supplement and my nails immediately got stronger and began to grow and new hairs are coming in. Do not waste your money on this product.
