So VERY disappointed !!!
Finished picture did not look like the picture......a lot of the characters are very hard to distinguish......the Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, the King, plus other items are not very clear, does not look like the picture. It badly needs more definition. I'm going to try to alter it in places & see if that helps.........this was meant to be a baby girl shower gift to my Grand daughter (the theme of the shower is going to be "Alice in Wonderland") so I'm truly up set with the end results.......

Got blamed for item missing in kit.
While this product is grear although not for beginner's, my problemis that the kit was missing color #898. I emailed and they said they would send me the beads. I got beads #989 in the mail and they are trying to blame the mistake on me, but I still have the original email. I really did not like them putting the blame on me, especially when the item had already been delayed and took 2 months to get here.

Very difficult to read
This was so disappointing. You couldn't read the symbols clearly. I finally got a magnify glass to figure out so of them. When I got it done some of the characters were unrecognizable.
