Perfect sliders that actually slide!
I've had issues with sliders in the past where the logo printed on the foam side starts to wear off and becomes sticky, meaning they won't slide anymore.I got these because they don't have a logo printed on them and they're fantastic. Really easy to slide on for ab workouts. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t slide easily over living room rug
Good product however it doesn’t slide over my living room rug and it got scratched over wooden floor so I am not sure where to use it in house, I am just going to leave it for my daughter to use when she goes back to gymnastics and hopefully it would work in their flooring.

Muy útiles, para personal cualificado, para entrenamiento de fuerza y velocidad.Para gran variedad de músculos de las piensas (cuádriceps, aductores, glúteos, isquiotibiales...), abdominales, pectorales.Lo que tiene en contra es que la seguridad la pones tu. (Indispensable, alguien cualificado que te asesore para realizar correctamente los ejercicios)

ich habe die Slide pads noch am gleichen Abend ausprobiert. Sie sind wirklich klasse. Also, mir gefallen sie top. Wir haben einen Laminatboden und darauf rutschen sie perfekt.

Discos semideslizantes
Cumplen el cometido. Material correcto, sin alardes, con buen grosor, color rojo neutro, base de deslizamiento para parques o mármol y demás materiales similares consistente y semideslizante ( no pretende resbalar fácilmente aunque tampoco con dificultad), la otra cara de deslizamiento para hierba sintética no se ha probado, pero irá similar. Precio acorde. Producto que cumple con su cometido, brilla, no deslumbra.
