Hopeful
I just finished reading the All Day Energy Diet book and I'm really excited to get started! Now when I say excited to get started, I don't necessarily mean to eat a boat load of veggies and very little meat, but to take control of my health and possibly get back to my old self. For me, it will be worth the sacrifice. I grew up a ranch kid, we ate meat everyday at every meal. That's all I know. And except for my extreme sugar cravings, meat is something I crave horribly bad. We also consumed LOTS and LOTS of processed foods. I grew up on tons of sugar and carbs. To me, when I was thirsty.....you reached for a soda. At the age of 13, I developed two ulcers and by the time I was in high school I had been hospitalized 3 times for extreme dehydration that lead me to constantly pass out and monthly menstrual cramps that were so unbelievably painful, I was put on pain killers just to get through "that time of the month." I have always been one of those people that pushes myself way past my bodily limits, with a "no pain no gain" kind of motto. I pushed myself constantly taking on way too many sports and physical activities throughout most of my life. Until I reached about 23 years of age. I began noticing tiredness and fatigue that would never leave, weight gain, extreme digestion issues and the list goes on. Over the last 6 years I have spent so much time and money to figure out my issues. I have also spent much of my time researching, which has taught me to change a lot of things in my life, such as no more sodas, fast food or processed foods. However, my adrenal exhaustion and low thyroid are still an issue. I have major hypoglycemia issues, that are usually better managed with animal protein. But for me, the most exciting portion is learning how to exercise again. I have been so disappointed and down on myself because I am in the stage where I'm just tired all the time and I hurt all the time, so I no longer move at all. While I know no movement is not good for you, I didn't know how to without hurting my adrenals more. But I'm hopeful with more veggies, supplementation and some exercise......I can lick this once and for all!

I found this book great! It was an easy enough read but very educational. I do have a background in Medicine, Nutrition, and Exercise so I found it easy to understand and follow and discussing concepts that I have heard in the industry or had previous knowledge of. However I do believe that to a person without any formal training or experience, they could follow the concepts of this book, implement them, and be very successful. The information and structure of the book aid in its ease of reading. There is a lot of great information within it that I feel could change a persons life, energy level, and overall health.Personally, I myself battle with 3 different health issues that reduce my energy and effect my overall health. Hyperthyroidism, a PFO, & Idiopathic Hypersomnia. I take medication to aid in my energy level and keep me awake. Within the past 6 months my energy level is shot, I have no motivation to work out or eat right secondary to being tired the majority of the day and needing to sleep a large part of it. However I feel that I can take a lot of the concepts within this book and implement them in my life and hope to see an increase in my energy level and a decrease in the medication I need to take. I am excited that the change in diet may aid in the increased energy which will then also give me more motivation to work out and decrease stress. I am very excited to start utilizing the knowledge and recommendations of this book.

The amount of information you’ll get is extraordinary
Learned a lot from this book. Better than anything any ‘Diet’ or ‘Better Eating’ type of book you’ll find.

Yuri does such an amazing job releasing this book fo us to read, consume, digest and spread. ADED is simple, straight-foward, very well organized and its content worth a million. There's nothing in this book I didn't like. I've been applying some of the contents and seeing great reaults so far. Specially on bowel movements and limiting food intake. Great great great!!! Thank you Yuri for showing us that the standard diet is a fraud and we must eat to live, not live to eat!
