Good product

The product was easy to install so far it is working well on the vehicle if you order the right size it will work out, it seems to be working well, time will tell how long it will be working.

It works but the you need to make sure it’s the right size as the Velcro doesn’t hold unless you have full overlap.

I used this product to insulate two short, small diameter coolant lines that run from the coolant reservior to the engine block on a 2009 Saab 9-3 2.8. These lines sit atop the turbo, which produces a ton of heat. Consequenlty, they eventually crack. I expect this product to protect them and prevent the new hoses from cracking. The insulation is not real bendable and because the hoses are "S" shaped, I cut several small pieces for each hose. Once installed, I used multiple zip ties to reinforce the velcro, as I'm concerned that the heat from the turbo may cause the thread that holds the velcro in place to deteriorate.

I installed a new power steering hose on my car, and the replacement part did not have a heat shield where the OEM unit did. I bought this, cut it to size, and wrapped the replacement hose. It was easy to do.It is priced right and is easy to use. That is a winning combination.

I just bought a 68' Camaro and was experiencing vapor lock. There were two gas lines that ran directly over the aluminum heads and it was cooking the gas. I am very pleased with the thickness of these sleeves! Didn't have to remove the hard lines because the velcro made it super easy to install. After driving it with the sleeves I have yet to experience vapor lock! Seems like they really do protect and insulate well! I highly recommend!

The product is well made, I'm assuming from a fiberglass fabric, the hook and loop velcro holds very well and I was able to trim to the length I need and it did not fray like I was worried. I used it to Insulate wires near my headers.

A little more flexibility would be nice, it was difficult to get full Velcro contact in a bend. Great for the $$, I will buy again.

Liked the ease of using this shield. Removed old ragady shield and Within 3 mins I had all wires shielded from exhaust pipes with new shield. Now will be good for another 300.000 km 👍
