Defective item upon opening
Bought this for my daughter for her birthday, I always order in advance and as it was a surprise toy I couldn't open it to check. She opened it for her birthday this morning and the dolls head is squashed and flat and can't be changed. I tried to send it back for a new one but just missed the 30 day window so there is nothing they will do for me.
