I purchased this the day after my sister got in engaged back in April.. This is a true disappointment. It’s now July and I have not been able to get a photo sized to insert of her and our Dad who has passed so she can use it for her bouquet. The app is useless and the sizing labeled on the site clearly prints the photos too large to use in the charm. On top of that I just realized it has a missing stone. I’ve missed my return time frame because I’ve been really trying to get this photo printed properly. Please DO NOT BUY THIS ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Now I can’t gift my sister the gift of being able to add our father to her bouquet. So disappointed.

Product looks beautiful, but the quality is terrible. As soon as handed the bouquet to my maid of honor the picture part got separated from the part that was holding it on the bouquet and my Dad’s picture fell on my dress, breaking in 3 pieces. Tried to put it together for the pictures after ceremony and was unable to. Couldn’t even get a good picture of it since the photographer was going to take it after ceremony was over. DO NOT recommend to anyone!!!!

My fiance Father passed away before I met my fiance. I bought these for our upcoming wedding. One for my mother in love, and one for my fiance to wear at the wedding. I love them!! They are perfect! I did not have any issues following the photo program. Photo was perfect and I had them put together in no time!! These will definitely make our wedding day more special. They will love these, and I can't wait to give these to them. Very glad I purchased them, I highly recommend.

I didn’t even bother using the photo resizing program because I didn’t have time. I just cut a photo to the size of the pendant and it worked for me.

These were lovely and such a special addition to my daughter’s bridal bouquet. We did end up threading them onto ribbon, so we didn’t use the pin. We also included a sliver of tape across the top so the photos did not slip out.However, So meaningful! Received so many sweet comments about them.

This was beautiful and work great for my sister bouquet. It was super easy to use. The program to resize the picture wasn’t the best as it wouldn’t let me actually downsize without distorting the picture. So I found an actual picture and just used that!
