Nice frames

The Oakley Chamfer 2 glasses are very nice. I was looking for a pair that I could wear doing just about anything, including active activities. My specifications were that the lens area needed to be larger and they needed to grip my head so they didn't slip off if I was bending over working. My old glasses would flip up a bit or become dislodged if I was bending a lot. These glasses fit the bill. They grip my head so I they will not fall off no matter what I'm doing. They don't slide around on my nose either. It is hard to see, but the arms have a bit of a bevel on them, which is a nice detail. The end of the arms are rubber like, making them grip well.The first week I had them, I had to make some shelving for the house and got out my table saw and started working. I didn't have to worry about my glasses slipping off, nor did I need to put on my safety glasses. These did both. (While they aren't actually safety glasses, they seem fine for woodworking and general things around the house, but I would wear them in a factory)The glasses are very light, even though they seem like they would be heavy at 25 grams. By comparison, my IC! Berlin glasses weigh 19 grams. So a bit heavier.Pros: Light, large lenses, look good, lens are a bit thicker than my other glasses of the same strength.Cons: The thick frames take a bit to get use to as they are in the field of view. The IC! Berlin are much thinner and can't really be noticed, but the Oakley are very noticeable, but defiantly way out on the periphery. The biggest con is that the rubber tips don't seem to come in different color/styles. That would be nice if that could be customized a bit more.
