Where's the T. Rex?

We first found this style book by Ingela P. Arrhenius from the book section at Sams Club. Our son has little patience for hidden-image/flap books even for a typical 17 month old, but he absolutely LOVES these books!! We got our first one when he was about 14 months old and the fact that he could maneuver the flaps entirely on his own was so exciting for him! They’re entirely felt flaps that are easy for tiny impatient hands to use, and then there’s a mirror on the final page hidden by another felt flap!Each book follows a somewhat theme too so you can easily work it in as an interactive activity for a thematic unit you’re teaching your class/child at home! We have this dinosaur version, as well as probably 4 or 5 others as it helps our 17 month old build confidence and self sufficiency, and plus he really enjoys the books!

We found several in this series at the library. My 3 year old absolutely loves this book!

This book was a hit! Love the felt pull tabs! Holds up well to the pull of a 1 yo

This was my daughters first favorite book. I believe this book is part of teaching her how fun engaging with books can be. The felt makes it tough so it can withstand a baby pulling on it (unlike typical board flip books) so she enjoyed interacting at a young age before muscle control really. And what baby doesn’t enjoy that mirror at the end!!!

Many 8 month loves these flap books ..the Dino one is a great new addition !!
