Just what I needed. Everytime I take a good knife to a function-where is it at the end of party. Now I don't have to worry about. This knife also seems sturdy enough and sharp enough for lots of items.

You can't say a lot about a plastic knife, right? It is sturdy and looks nice. I bought these because we are forever going to parties where you bring desserts but nobody ever brings a big knife, and I am not about to risk one of my Henckels to misuse or loss. Sharp enough to cut cake but not skin, which is nice around children's parties.

Exceeded expectations. A couple of caveats which do not affect my satisfaction with my purchase; this is not a small cutter and the serrated edge might be sharper than you expect. It doesn't harm my aluminum sheet cake pan (which was why I bought it), and it will cut any cake you can throw at it.

Used a pair of these to cut the cake for oue twins. Worked out really well.

I needed 2 cake knives for my son's Birthday party. I didn't like the thought of having a knife laying around at a kids pool party, so I purchased these plastic ones instead. They did the job! And everyone was safe. Ha!
