Great at filling the plate (and you!)
I love these "Eat Water" brand. They get a lot of mixed reviews, most complaints are about lack of flavour. They are made from Konjac, so they are 99% water, of course there's no flavour. You add the flavour yourself. You can add chopped herbs, ground spice or whatever you want. Personally, I stir fry the noodles with vegetables and chicken with some powdered spice. They taste great & are filling, with zero carbs and very few calories. The pasta variety, you just add your own Keto friendly bolognaise, Chilli or stir fried veg is good with the rice.Tip: Use an infused olive oil( garlic/basil/chilli) or sesame oil during frying to give them more flavour. I also add a pinch of mixed seeds to mine, Great for the micro nutrients most people on Keto forget.A little expensive but no more than buying H&B own brand if you buy box of 20.I highly recommend!

Very good
Just made chicken stir fry using noodles and very relieved as not cheap. No fishy smell and good texture. Key with any bland food it needs flavour added. Do not expect it to be tasty. Garlic ginger, soy sauce and I used a Korean sauce. Tasty and filling. Thank you as will make my diabetes journey easier.

Healthier option but tastes different than original
Eat Water Slim Thai Style Noodles are a versatile and health-conscious choice for those on keto, paleo, or vegan diets. Each 270-gram pack contains noodles made from organic konjac flour, which are free from carbohydrates and sugars, making them suitable for low-calorie and low-carb diets. These noodles offer a convenient way to enjoy a familiar texture and taste without the typical calorie and carbohydrate content of traditional noodles. They are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes, from stir-fries to soups. However, their texture might be different from standard noodles, which some people may need time to adjust to. Overall, these noodles provide a great alternative for those seeking a guilt-free option for their meals.

Rinse
Hold your breath open the inner packet under water. Rinse repeat, rinse repeat, rinse repeat, rinse repeat and keep going you may then get rid of the horrific fish smell. The whole range is the same, If your dedicated Keto it may be worth it but I'm not sure.

Taste of fish!
These noodles are disgusting - they taste of fish. Even the smell is horrible. I rinsed them 5 times after leaving them to soak in water between each rinse, but still the smell did not go. As a vegetarian household, we could not bring ourselves to eat them!

Love them or hate them. I LOVE THEM.
These slim noodles, rice and pasta have terrible reviews and, to be honest instead of just trying them for myself I steered away from them for a long long time. I normally read reviews but still buy the product. There was that many bad reviews no matter which site I went on I just didn't buy.'I am now raving about all 3 products. I absolutely love them. I have been doing keto for 3 years and never found anything to replace my staples until I tried these recently . I use one of them everyday now and I just wished I would have bought a pack because I missed out but, that is simply down to me. Now I have tried all of them I have all 3 in bulk because its cheaper. They do have a smell but, it really does go away when you rinse them. I dry them before I use them. I did use dehydrator but a dry pan on stove top does the job better and it takes me a minute or 2 to get them as dry as I can without burning them. Oh my I love the rice the best I really do. I haven't had boiled yet but the fried is as close as you can get.

good
I've read some reviews that this stuff smells like fish. Not true at all. Doesn't smell of fish. I have repeated that for emphasis. It works as a noodle replacement for me and will continue to buy this as it's actually quite nice. I've bought more. Like pasta it takes on the taste of the sauce you give it. I would defo recommend it.
