I like these caplets as they are easy to swallow and dissolve easily. I have osteoporosis of a woman 30 years older than me & just got another bad bone density scan. Lost 10.9 % bone density in my hip alone. I have taken every medication and injections there is, Plus taking magnesium and vitamin D with calcium faithfully.. Your body can't assimilate more than 1000 mgs of calcium at one time, so I take 2 caplets in AM and 1 in the evening with magnesium.Just started these a few weeks ago. Time will tell. I tried to dissolve a well known calcium hard tablet in a 1/4 th cup of vinegar and it didn't completely dissolve as this caplet did. With hard calcium tablets, we're just flushing our calcium.

This product is listed as 160 capsules, 600mg/400IU (calcium/vitamin D). That's the correct dosage for my mom. However, you have to take TWO pills to get to that dosage. So although there are 160 capsules in the bottle, there were only 80 dosages in the bottle. VERY MISLEADING PRODUCT LISTING!!!You can see this if you click on the picture of the side of the bottle and then enlarge it. But otherwise, it is not obvious.

I have been taking these for several years. I love that the pills are easy to swallow, not large and chalky. They absorb quickly so they are easy on my stomach.

I was looking for a supplement with no fillers or additives and this one fit the bill.When I take calcium + D I want just that. No dyes, chemicals or antifreeze added in.

n the amazon to buy a health product, last year I receive the goods and when buying is consistent, so buy again this year, an irritating, this time received the goods didn't agree with completely when buy, I buy is suitable for the old man eat liquid calcium, results received is fake. Because I am a Chinese buyers, the return is very troublesome thing, so later won't buy it.

Hard to find. Prefer to take my calcium in liquid form. More easily absorbed.
