The Cheesecake Cookbook: Classic and Unconventional Recipes

I guess that if anything is true, I have learned that cooking is not easy for a person like me. I didn't learn how to cook growing up, I always was outside working with my Dad. My head under the hood of a big rig and fetching tools. My brothers hated working with him, and I was the only one that loved it. I did learn how to fend for myself with cars and almost anything else. My dad always said that it was good to be a girl, but that girl needed to know how to be self-sufficient. Well, I definitely am that, thanks to him. Oh, and he always made me wear gloves to that I would still have soft hands WITHOUT grease under the nails!!! LOL That being said I have collected cookbooks so that I can fix anything that I want. I love having the digital ones, they don't take up any space. Also having a small family now that the kids and grandkids are grown, having a cookbook is the only way to go in making smaller portions.New, Cookbooks for treats and everyday foods for everyone's collection.

This is not what I expected at all. The book is a small paperback, though it has lots of recipe. I don't like that the recipes ask for ingredients not readily available, and some recipes use foreign measurements and unfamiliar methods. I won't use it much at all.

When, as a New Yorker, it comes to cheesecake you would expect we know what is good. Well, this book took me to a new place in my admiration and enjoyment of the “King of all Desserts!”

Wow, I like cheesecake, and this has some great recipes, made two cheesecake and both were received well. Looking forward to getting more variety going in my cheesecakes.

The Vegetable Cheese Cake recipe is AWESOME. This recipe alone makes this cookbook worth the purchase.

I'm yet to try the recipes. But Loved this book.
