Many problems; deeply disappointing
I bought this to carry on my motorcycle when touring, along with the emergency tire repair kit that I carry. The compact size would make it perfect for that application. I became interested in the device when I first saw it on Indiegogo, but didn't make the purchase since I have not had much luck in the past with products on that platform. When I saw it being offered here at a substantial discount, I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, the product has a number of flaws which make it quite disappointing. On the plus side the inflator is quite compact and seems to be well constructed. Unfortunately, it has multiple problems. The first problem is with the controls. I had seen other reviews saying that they were too sensitive, but I didn’t think that would be a big problem. I was wrong; it is. The slightest brush will change the settings or turn the unit on. To make the problem worse, the controls are exactly where you want to grip the device. It is incredibly easy to change the tire pressure setting while trying to inflate a tire. The controls also appear to be pressure sensitive, rather than capacitive, so the unit can be turned on even when it is stored inside the soft cloth case that it comes with. The second issue is with the pressure gauge. Mine reads low, as checked against a known accurate digital gauge, even after using the offset adjustment. Moreover, the reading is not consistent; it changes readings when simply connected to a tire. Adding to the problem is that the valve connector is a screw-on type, so good luck getting that unscrewed without losing a couple pounds of pressure. I found the best way of using the inflator is to set it to 5-7 lbs more than you need, inflate, disconnect and then check with an accurate gauge and release any excess pressure. There is a question of battery life, as well. I was only able to add a few pounds to each of 3 motorcycle tires before it ran out of juice and shut off. Plugging it to charge, much to my surprise the battery indicator quickly went to full. However, it wasn’t. It ran for a few seconds and shut off again. Since the battery indicator is useless, I have no idea of how long it really takes to charge. I just plug it in overnight.I thought about returning the unit but decided to keep it. I will likely make a hard plastic cardboard sleeve to carry it in my tail bag, since I worry about it turning itself on just from bouncing around in the bag and then being dead when I need it Hopefully, in the case of a flat on the road, I would be able to get enough air into a patched tire to hobble to a gas station.

Compact, powerful, and a little sensitive & loud but recommend!
I purchased the battery version.Shipping was fast, I received it in a week. They used DHL and it showed the progress every step of the way.I really like the design and its size, it's roughly the size of two toilet paper rolls end-to-end and fits in my small Sling bag perfectly. I feel it's a little on the heavy side, so I'm hoping the weight is because it's well built. The touch buttons need to be replaced with small push buttons or at the very least, tune down the sensitivity because it is way too sensitive and has startled me many times by turning on because I unexpectedly touched the power button.I don't know what the reviewer was talking about regarding it allowing the air to flow freely because it doesn't. Perhaps yours is defective or you're missing the valve core on the valve stem. There are PSI number settings missing, but in my opinion it doesn't hurt to go a PSI lower or a PSI higher.I checked the accuracy with 2 other gauges and it was pretty close. If you give it 10 seconds or so after attaching it to the valve stem, it tends to be more accurate.I did notice the motor temperature is always shown in Celsius and I don't think there is a way to change that to FahrenheitAlso, be aware, it pumps more air to compensate for the air that is lost when removing the hose from the tire stem. For example, let's say you pump 11 PSI, it will put 12 PSI instead to compensate for the air that is lost when you remove the hose. The only issue I have is that the buttons are sensitive.I recommend this product, it's great size and weight makes it easy to carry around so if you need it in a pinch or you see someone that needs help.Minus 1 🌟 because of the button sensitivity.

Horrible Product, Even Worse Company
I was an Indiegogo backer. When I received my pledge back In February, the screen was defective (picture attached). I immediately reached out to the manufacturer, but got no response. I resent the message a week later and still received no response.I finally had a low tire and a chance to use the unit in early August. I figured even if the display wasn’t working properly I could still fill a tire with it.I could not. The unit was completely dead. It made a sound like it was pumping air, but it did not inflate the tire. I reached out to the manufacturer again, and this time got a response. Sort of.They told me that I had to order another unit from Amazon and that they would PayPal me the reimbursement once I had done so, but only if I promised a five star review. I asked why I had to go out of pocket to replace a defective unit and trust them to reimburse me, when they had been nearly impossible to reach in the first place and didn’t seem particularly trustworthy. They provided a spectacularly BS rationale (and I quote): "due to the long sea transportation, there is a slight possibility of damage to the product.” Who ships a single replacement unit by container ship? That doesn’t even make any sense. There is no way I’m buying a second unit out of pocket.I reached out to them one final time and they promised they’d shipped a unit to me from Amazon. Which should have been their initial response. Of course, that was three weeks ago, and I've never received the replacement.I’m giving a one star review only because no stars isn’t an option. Even if my defective unit was unusual, you should stay very far away from companies that manage their customer service as badly as Norshire. They are not trustworthy.
