Just like the title says, get ready to sweat in this vest. I have been looking to step up my work out and wanted to find a way that I could perspire a little bit more without having to be outside in the sweltering heat to do so. I usually walk between 3 and 4 miles a day as part of my workout routine, and no matter what the temperature is I don’t seem to work up that much of a sweat. I put this vest on over a regular T-shirt and had a hoodie on during my walk today and it was about 65° out. Normally I wouldn’t really sweat that much with temperatures like that. I didn’t really notice anything different during my walk. Usually if I’m sweating, I can feel it dripping down and notice it on my T-shirt. But this vest conceals so much that you don’t really even notice it. It wasn’t until I reached down the back of my shoulders underneath the vest and realized how much I was perspiring. I looked past all the negative reviews on this in regards to the fit of the vest and took a chance on getting one that is my usual T-shirt size which is XL. The only misleading part of the sizing chart is that my chest size was accurate for an XL but if I chose to go for the waist size that I am (36) it would’ve had me buying a medium vest. I knew that seemed very off, so I just chose to go with what my normal size was.If you have a broad chest and a smaller waist, definitely go for the higher size. I will admit that it felt like I was getting into a wetsuit, and about to go into a dive in the water, but the whole purpose of this vest is to be very snug. there’s no sense in getting something loose fitting because it won’t have the same effect. Someone mentioned making sure that you consume a lot of water, and I will completely back that up. I didn’t realize how much perspiration I gave off until after I took the vest off.I am going to give myself a few days of using this before doing my next weigh-in to see if it helped shed any pounds. But if you’re looking for something to help you increase your workout, this is definitely a good option. The material is very lightweight and is not constricting at all. It might feel that way if it’s very tight, but like I said, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. For the price point it is absolutely worth it.

Great product. Can’t say anything bad about it as it works and is holding up just fine against daily, two to three walking/cardio workouts, plus outdoor lawn work, and even local hikes.If used w/ a proper diet and exercise, it’s a game changer for weight loss! Don’t be afraid to try it!

Ok, first off I want to say this vest is very comfortable and it really keeps you tight and secure. It also doesnt come up while working out like some of the others.I have 2 main issues with this, or I would have given it 5 stars. 1, the edges of the Velcro flap start to curl back over time so even when you put a shirt on you can still see the lip through your shirt. I’m referring to the two straps that go over the stomach area. Maybe if it was completely Velcro it wouldn’t do that but because it has 2 velcro strips, the part that isn’t Velcro starts to curl back.. that’s my first issue. My second issue is that it’s not washer/dryer friendly.. it will get ensnared with anything that you wash it with because of the velcro.I will be buying another soon because it is a good vest, but it's not perfect. best one I've had tho.

as a fat man i love to eat good food but i hate my stomach hanging over covering up my moose knuckle ... i prayed i would find a fix to this problem my sister said to just lose weight but that's no fun .. was about to give up until i found this vest .. now im able to eat all i want and still be able to go outside and show off my moose knuckle ... i get alot of heads turning now when i go outside i never felt so good, sexy, young and free .. i had a friend ask me hey u look less fat have u lost weight? .. i said yes i did wink wink

Pros: Defiantly makes you sweat extra and slims your body as well. I use mine on a daily basis at the gym. Very much helps with back support as well not only with normal wear but as well as help with lifting. Not sure if item is streching out or I'm actually losing size around my torso. When I first got it I was unable to zip up the vest, had to zip it up and pull over my shoulders and stomach. Now it easily zips up and tightens with the Velcro well.Cons: Wish the Velcro was stronger, mine tends to bunch up or crease and fold easily. Also, I wish the Velcro portion was also larger as seen in the photos, maybe just the size I ordered.100% would recommend this product. Will actually purchase a second one maybe in one size smaller.

Firstly, I usually wear a 3xl shirt size with a little room (Australian Size) I bought the 2xl. and It fits snug. Build quality so far is ok, no rips tears or bad sticthing that ive noticed at a glance. so its well made and apart from a couple of bubles when you pull the velcro tight on the belly button region its pretty good. (But if you get your partner to kinda hold it flat you can velcro it up flat.-I dont really like how it kinda makes my pecks look like one boob across my chest, ie it doesnt sit back in, in the middle but floats across your chest. So the picture shown with dark colouring under the blokes pecks is entirely B/S...The problem is, It Stinks, ie i washed it by hand with soap and air dried it in the shade and it still stinks so much i cant put it in my bedroom of a night.-It gets itchy, yes it makes you sweat, but my back in particular gets to the point where 2 hours is the utmost limit and i have to have a shower to wash the new car plastic neoprene smell off me.Its the kind of smell that actually bites in your throat.It also doesnt make you look slimer, kinda like wesring a bullet proof vest if youve ever experienced. However it does provide support for your back a little. I mainly get sciatica and i find this kinda helps a little. But again, it stinks, not sure if theres a solution to this but its so bad that i stuck it in the back seat of my car to make the car smell like new plastic again hahaha.
