Ok laptop for the price, but mine was faulty
Hard to know what star rating to give - while it was working, this was a lovely laptop for the price. The screen is a little dull and webcam not great (I ended up reverting back to using my phone for videocalls), speed a little slow (especially scrolling Facebook for some reason), but overall better than expected for £350 and very sturdily built. The main issue is that, after less than 3 months, it refused to switch on and I had to return it. I've seen other reviews along the same lines. A shame - I liked this little guy. Ah well.

Not the best pc. Better to pay a bit more for something better
I ended up returning the lap top as it stopped working....returning and refunding was relatively hassle free...as I had the original packing and did it not long after purchase

Great product, good build quality.
Love this little multi-function machine. Does all it said it would do. I gave 3 stars for lightweight as it's heavy. I actually really like this as it has a wonderfully heavy build quality with good alloy materials used. No flimsy plastic here which makes for a pleasant change. At this price range I think overall it's excellent t value for money. Perfect for working or streaming on the train etc.Great product and recommended.

Don’t buy this product
Don’t buy this product, it overheats after being used for 30 minute and is constantly crashing when doing the simplest things. You cannot use it while charging or it will crash. Overall, please don’t buy this product, save your money or buy an alternative it is definitely not worth the price.

Good product 👍
It's a beautiful item. I was impressed by the communication of the XIDU company, I had na issue with the driver and we were able to negotiate a good solution.It does everything I need and it has a good fast start up.

Really impressed
This 360 degree laptop seems durable and has back-lit keyboard with a very useful keyboard protector.Very responsive screen when in tablet mode. I have had a couple of this type of laptop but honestly think this is a more resilient one.

On the whole, excellent
The laptop is brilliant. It’s very slim and compact which means I’m able to carry it with me everywhere I go 😁 the only downside I experienced is that the battery on the device won’t charge past 45% and haven’t been able to find any information on how to fix this.

Very happy
Received it today, very happy with the quality and the ease of changing from laptop to tablet. Feels a very sturdy unit and touch screen responds well.
