Q: Is this regular, slim or loose fit?

I would consider them loose fit.

Q: Would you say these are true to size or run big/small?

I found they run a little big. I'm 5' 7'' and 155lbs, I wear a large size t-shirt. Base on reviews I ordered a small and it fits well, it's a little loose and the sleeves are 2 inches too long so I just fold them back.

Q: what is the PDF rating

These are cheaply made and run bigger than the size. Would not recommend buying.
