So i owned this chiller and after 6/7 years it went bad. so i ordered a new one.it came in, i installed it and would not chill. so i went to return it and this company offered me a replacement.i said why not, 2 days, i mean 2 days from when i wanted a replacement, they sent it, took the non-working one and i installed it tonight. immediately worked and chilled the water, shut off the motor when fully chilled. Clearly, sometimes things are not properly manufactured. however, the customer service they provided, was incredible and i would shop with them everyday and twice on Sunday. thank you
