The Physics of Krav Maga

The book is easy to read even without a background in physics. The book is not written as a textbook but more in a narrative form giving scenarios and examples. There are many photos which provide visual representations to the physics principles that the author is describing. I have a green belt in Krava Maga and now have a more thorough understanding of why the varying defenses and combatives are so effective. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in understanding the matial art of Krav Maga.

Content is fine but pictures are grainy n black n white.Not a cheap book either
