LiftMaster Chamberlain 41A5021-1H-315 Garage Door Opener Circuit Board

Our garage door opener is about 10 years old. It worked fine until last week. The remote control did not working when the light on the unit was on. When the light was off, the remote control functioned normally. But the wall unit was working regardless the light status. Finally, I decided to change the circuit board. I bought it with the same parts number on Amazon. The installation was so easy. The new unit works great.

I ordered the 1H card but received the 1M card instead but fit perfectly. Installation took about 10 minutes and programmed two clickers and my myQ WiFi hub. Works great and saved hundreds of dollars over buying a new opener. Installing the board myself saved over $100 over having a tech from a garage door company do it. Very happy with the purchase, the ease of installation and having my garage door work 100% of the time.

An OEM replacement part for my LiftMaster garage door opener. The hardest thing about replacing the circuit board was being up on the ladder in the hot garage. If you;re patient and take your time, it's a pretty easy job. Make sure you mark the wires when removing from the old board, so you get them back in the same place. There wasn't a lot of room to work with the wire connector plug, but it came off and went on fairly easily.

My garage door clickers stopped working, so I ordered this after diagnosing it via the chamberlain site.My package was extremely damaged when I received it (Fed Ex of course, who else would damage a package like that) but when I opened it, the board “looked” ok so I tried it anyhow.I too received an updated model from what I had. The instructions were included on how to swap it over and was easy.The whole process took 9 minutes (timed it) and the clickers worked after reprogramming them. No issues now.

Ordered this as my garage door opener was not holding the codes for the remotes. Disconnected the wires on the back, removed 4 screws and disconnected the connector on the circuit board. (There is a youtube video of swapping out the circuit board). Installed the new board and relearned the garage remotes. Adjusted the up and down limits to fully open and close. Saved about $155 and tax swapping out the circuit board versus having a whole new opener installed based on lowest price service I found from local garage door company.

Actually got this for my elderly neighbor to replace an 8 year old opener. Fit perfect and worked like a champ. Easy installation although the pairing instructions (for the remotes) were different depending on whether you looked at the actual board or the paper instructions. Once we got the right sequence they worked fine.

Very pleased to have found this part on Amazon. Suspected the problem with my garage door opener was electronic and not mechanical when the remote control only made the door go down, plus a few other strange things. An internet search for my model showed this circuit board on Amazon. While not sure it would work, to me it was worth a try. As stated in other reviews, I read the instructing and carefully took my time. It worked first try, thus saving me the expense and hassle of a new garage door opener.
