This product came exactly as described and fit on our recliner perfectly!

Was very pleased to find replacement springs for the broken one in our recliner couch. The size we needed was available, good material and as strong as the factory one. Two springs in the packet,we only needed one, but now we have a spare. Cost was reasonable.

Works great, only issuse is there was no rubber coating on the hook ends. That would have helped keep the noise down while using the mechanism, but not that big of a deal

The spring broke on our recliner and the foot section would not work properly. It was hard to get the chair back to an upright position, and the foot section would keep coming out. It became a significant tripping hazard, and we would have had to replace the chair without a fix. The new spring was easy to install and worked perfectly. Chair saved!

This did not measure out the advertised length

I was looking for a better spring than I could find at the local hardware store as replacements for the ones that broke on my recliner. These were much stronger and will be perfect in a few days when they loosen up.One thing to look for on replacement springs for recliners are that the attachment points on the spring at each end should be offset 90 degrees. These springs are not designed that way, so I will keep looking, but these will work great in the meantime.

Be cautious of tension strength. I couldn’t elongate spring to install it.
